Precise Care provides care and support to adults of all ages with a learning disability/autism or mental health needs. This includes those with complex and challenging behaviour needs, forensic histories and those with a diagnosis of personality disorder.

We support individuals to maximise their independence as much as possible within their own homes.

Our management team have over 3 decades of experience of delivering care to people with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.

You will design your own support to suit what you need and your skills.

Sometimes you might need a little extra support, that’s ok. Your support is flexible.

You will be introduced to other staff Members (people we support) who will share their skills and experiences. We want your life to be about more than support hours!

Our recruitment is based on equal opportunity. We have staff of various background and we provide regular on-going support and training for our staff in order to provide a high quality service at all times.

All our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an QCF (former NVQ) in Health and Social Care. our staff are trained above the minimum standards, and are 'police (DBS) checked'. We also provide services for government local authorities.

Precise Care have developed a strong reputation based around Quality, Service Delivery and the ability to offer highly trained experienced staff to meet the needs of NHS and Private hospitals, Primary Care Trusts, Local Authorities and Private Clients.

Our mission is to provide exceptional care, support and accommodation whilst remaining precise and resolutely concentrated on providing support that is person centred, the ability to cultivate a sense of belonging, togetherness, and community. It is our aim to ensure that we assist as many people as possible to live healthy, happy, independent, and fulfilled lives in the community. Our mission will be fulfilled through exclusive and tailored programs designed to meet the needs of functionally and / or cognitively impaired adults through an individual plan of support. These structured, comprehensive programs will provide a variety of health, social, and other related support services in a protective setting during any part of a day.
